We sent this update by email on October 18, 2026. It’s posted here as it was sent, so some offers and details in it have since changed. Current plans and terms are on this site.
Hello,
Thank you for signing up at classwares.com. I wanted to speak with you directly about where things stand.
First, a little about me. I’ve been developing software for 40 years, and I’ve built enterprise-grade systems for Fortune 500 companies and billion-dollar startups for the last two decades. I build systems that handle millions of users per day — systems secure enough to become critical infrastructure in banks.
My wife taught for almost 18 years and has been a teacher-creator for 14 more, so I’ve heard the problems teachers face every night for decades. Many times I offered to build a better system, but until recently, it felt like a David-versus-Goliath story with no hope of success. I’m sure you know what’s changed.
Classwares had already been started as a proof of concept, so when the opportunity came around, I already had a head start. And that’s important to understand, because Classwares is not just demo code. It’s a working system, and we’re adding to it every day. We’re already bringing in beta testers, and improvements land on our test site every single day. We are on course to launch in days or weeks, not months or years.
Here’s a peek at the store, with sample covers generated to test the system, and a few items added by our beta testers:
Would you help us spread the word?
If you talk with other teacher-sellers in a group, on a forum, or in a chat, please tell them about Classwares. Anyone who signs up on classwares.com will hear from us as we get ready.
Do You Want to Help Build Classwares?
We’d love your help testing it before launch. Every account on the beta test system is free. You won’t be charged any subscription fee, and every purchase uses a test account, so no actual money changes hands. If you decide to move forward with classwares when we go live, you will receive a free year of subscription (a $50 value) as a thank you for being a beta tester. You will also be able to move your account, store, and any resources you created in the staging system to the production system automatically.
To join the beta, just reply to this email and tell us a little about what you teach or sell, and we’ll send you an invitation via email within 48 hours.
Thanks for being here early,
Jeff Naujok
